What is RAONPY

RAONPY is a comprehensive Python-based measurement and control system developed by RAONTECH for display development and verification. Built as a Python binding for the C4 SDK, it offers modular solutions that cover every stage of the display development process—from optical characteristic analysis to precise hardware control of display panels.

Specialized in communication with STM32 and EFM8 MCU-based evaluation boards (EVBs), RAONPY provides features including EDID read/write and advanced gamma correction using VistaOPT4(C4 Display Calibration Tool), with support for automated tuning and analog gamma TAP adjustment.

It integrates seamlessly with a wide range of measurement and control equipment, including Konica Minolta CS-200 and CS-3000HDR spectroradiometers, CL-200A chromameter, T-10 illuminance meter, Agilent 34401A multimeter, and power supplies Keysight E36312A/E3631A, Keithley 2401, and Riden.
