How to remove/uninstall VSX GUI clearly
Even if VSX is uninstalled by an uninstaller on Windows or removed on Mac OSX and Linux, product meta data will still exist and could influence the next VSX GUI installation.
Please remove ".VistaStudioX" folder in User Directory.
for Mac OSX, <click "command + shift + ." > to see hidden folders
This method also can be used to execute VSX GUI as default/factory mode.
When online-updating had no problem but nothing has changed on Mac OS
- In the Terminal app, execute the command below and try p2-update again.
xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine VistaStudioX.app
